Celebrity sighting, wearing latest trends for fall.

There are so many trends this fall how can anyone keep up (please, I can barley keep up and fashion is my thing). When we see celebrities in haute outfits we usually get inspired to rock something very similar, they give us inspiration to put our best look forward. Just don't forget not all celebrities know about fashion and style (just because it's on a celebrity doesn't mean it's the hottest trend to rock.) And let's not forget that just because someone is saying this is the hottest trend doesn't mean you have got to rock it (everything ain't for everybody.) With that being said here are some of your favorite celebrities rocking some of fall's latest fashion trends for 2009.

The Boyfriend jean was the menswear trend for last season, and here we have Penelope Cruz rocking the boyfriend blazer for fall 2009. The boyfriend blazer can be worn in so many ways, it can be worn with leggings, skinny jeans, mini skirts and fun flirty dresses.


This Fall RED is one of the biggest color trends for fall 2009. A lot of designers are using this lipstick red color in a lot of their designs this season. Pictured here Taylor Swift rocks a lipstick red sheath dress here in NYC for fashion week.

Now I'm a little confused with this trend, bleached denim. I think bleached denim should have been a trend for the spring/summer trends, but people are wearing it for fall. Pictured below is Fergie embracing his trend. She has several pairs of bleached denim jeans. The jeans that she is pictured in are J Brand for $198.

I have been talking about this trend for so long now: studs and buckles. This is one of the hottest trends of the season. You can make so many looks with this one trend. One of my favorites is the rocker chic look, this look will look great with a leather mini. Here is a variation of this look, Kim K is wearing a mini with a studded belt and studded platform shoes.

We are all familiar with the sheath dress aka Secretary dress, this trend is still very popular this fall. This look is very famine and sophisticated more like office meets cocktail party. It can be dressed up or down. So you actually can wear it to the office and go out the same evening and enjoy the night life. Pictured here is Victoria Beckham wearing a dress from her line.

I posted this trend in my fall shoe trend post earlier this week, The over the knee boot. This is a trend that you have to be very careful with because if not done right it can look a little hookerish. Lol. So preferably someone with slender long legs should wear this. Pictured wearing his trend is Jenna Dawn.

One of my other favorite trends is the neon pink trend, anybody who knows me well knows that pink is my favorite color and it doesn't matter what shade of pink either. I love this trend because you can wear an 80's inspired look with this color and it's hot for fall it just gives you a pop of color when usually fall colors are so dull. Wearing this trend is Blake Liverly wearing a Micheal Kors dress.

Will anybody ever stop wearing leggings, I don't think so. Leggings are very comfortable and sexy at the same time. You can use them for multi purposes. So with that being said I don't think we will be getting rid of leggings any time soon. Bootylicious diva Beyonce is rocking leggings with pumps in this picture. Lindsey Lohan is another star who loves leggings, she started her own line of skin tight styled leggings.

As a fellow Jewelry designer myself I'm trying to master the next trend: The statement necklace. The statement necklace is an over sized necklace that can be worn to dress up a simple LBD or any simple outfit that needs a little makeover. Kristen Cavallari is wearing a statement necklace in this picture.

Along with his music he influenced us in fashion, when MJ died he inspired designers to imitate his signature military styled jacket that at times had sequins on it which is another trend. The military styled jacket is a big trend for fall.

Metallics are a hot trend for the night life, metallic leggings, shoes maybe a clutch (not all at once, but a hint here or there. I repeat do not attempt to wear it all at once, you will look like the tin man or beyonce in one of her concert costumes. lol )

Another trend that I see H.S students and some people that are not so fashion forward OD on is the plaid trend: The plaid trend is hot for fall but to much of it is not good.

Believe it or not Sequins is another hot fall trend made to wear during the day time (a little shimmer here a little shimmer there don't OD.
